Honestly, I was ready to quit 3 weeks into training but someone told me to stick it out and once I got transferred to the store I'm in now, I'm very happy and feel this is a fit for me.

My GM holds his entire team accountable for their jobs and his expectations are realistic and he understands our positions as managers. His leadership and training skills are what every store should have. We work as a team not individuals. I have a great GM and great co ASMs.
