I have been working at stop and shop since I was 16 it was my first job. I had no intentions on staying after I graduated college, but I started to really enjoy the atmosphere and realized that I was good at customer service. Deciding to grow with the company has been one of my greatest decisions.

Everyone is treated like family, and we are all treated with respect. I never hesitate to ask for help because I know that I won't be looked down upon for needing help.

We all work well together. Stop and shop has always been an extended family to me, and I know that someone will always be there with a helping hand if it is needed.

For the most part when I come into work everyone is generally happy to be there and to be working. There are bad days like in any company but as a team we all work together to make it better.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
I enjoy customer service and making the shopping experience positive for the customer. When a customer comes to me with a negative experience, I take this to heart because I want our store to be as friendly and stress free as possible.
