Mighty Fortress International has set an atmosphere that is worshipful, sensitive, loving, forgiving and accepting to the needs of others. We provide every Believer-Disciple with a place to encounter God's presence and His life-changing Word. It us a toxuc work environment. You are practically tgreatened and harrassed to increase rewards. I approach every customer; however, I dont think it is wise to harrass them about getting a TJMaxx card and rewards. If I dont make tge quota, Im harrassed, put on the spot, loud talked & put down.
