Our purpose is to make Disciples of Christ and celebrate God's presence and power in our lives. We also focus on applying the biblical principles taught by our leader for victorious Christian living. Mighty Fortress International has set an atmosphere that is worshipful, sensitive, loving, forgiving and accepting to the needs of others. We provide every Believer-Disciple with a place to encounter God's presence and His life-changing Word. There is no open line of communication between management and their associates . Very little training is offered for those who actually want to their job right .

We need more pay more and more tools to be able to do our job rolls efficiently so every one will be Less stressed . Some coworkers like to abusive their little bit of authority over others . Which causes unnecessary stress.
