I was able to ask questions that caused both myself and the interviewer to introspect on how we are elevating the careers of those around us by leading by example. We were able to connect on these things together and how our paths, though different, shared similarities in passion.

Currently, I do not have any coverage from Ulta as a part-time worker, but I know that there are some great benefits that I enjoyed as a full-time manager. I unfortunately ended up in a store that needs higher monitoring on pay and equity. This is situational and doesn't represent the whole business
