Better training for Gm's, Dm's ,managers and any leadership postions. Maybe classes for them to take in how to improve self behaivors and others.
Customers notice salon behaiviors as catty. Im constantly convincing clients to stay. While stylist with poor attitudes continue to work with less skill , poor work wrhic and same pay as somone with a great attitude and work ethic.
Years working with the company, and i get paid less than inexpirienced new hires. My work is impeccable my client retention at 90% . I keep up with trainings. My average tickets are above and beyond. Im not getting paid enough for what I bring in.
