Ability to work together to try and !make up for poor upper management
Put quality and employees ahead of the numbers. Take care of the people and they will get the numbers
I would feel better if it was industry standard. Also would like to not get raises because my title changed and therefore I must get paid whatever the lowest is in the next salary band.
There was not really an interview. I was referred by my previous direct supervisor who had recently being hired.
