I would feel more valued as an employee regarding my compensation if it were more reflective of the company's yearly earnings.
I would like to see them increase our hourly pay to be more reflective of what the company is earning every year.
I would like it if my coworkers actually got to know each other on a personal level and had the chance to communicate about things unrelated to work.
We work well together and support each other. My team is very good about always answering each other's questions and making sure that we cover for each other when needed.
The benefits. I feel like we get a good amount of PTO, and we can use it before we earn it, which is a great benefit. The company is also very supportive if we need to take time off for medical reasons.
It was all virtual. I was given all of the information about the position, i.e., training, pay, benefits, etc, at the time of the interview, so I could plan based on that if I wanted to take the position if offered to me.
There are groups you can join to get to know other employees who may not be in your department, so it is a nice benefit within the company. It's nice when we are all virtual to feel a sense of belonging, especially when there are so many employees.
