My team is fantastic. They are the main reason I've stayed this long, but the company leadership is so bad, it actually seems like they are trying to get people to leave. Just so sad it makes it hard to retain our employees and policies make it nearly impossible to attract good people.

Communication and helping one another

Get real leaders that care about their patients
Cliquey, bigoted, gossipy behaviors undermine a team. Management should be aware of this kind of behavior and strive to create an atmosphere on exclusivity and not exclusivity. They have not.
Better support and guidance from upper managment
Leadership allows and paricipates in bully management style and inprofessional behavior

Coworkers are the best part about work honestly
Not over work themselves all the time
They need to do there job, and not half do there work, by leaving others to do it for them. Also would have to say behavior at work.

The co workers are awesome just poor management.
Laughter would be the biggest improvement. Nobody laughs much and if they do someone is always listening to use it against you later if you say something even slightly colorful.
