There is nothing positive about the work environment. My co-workers make it bearable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Plans are continually put in place to lessen the amount of moneys salesman can make. Plans are not clear. Too complicated.

We are not paid for all of the jobs that we are required to do. Pay us for the other jobs as well
