they are transparent and willing to do the work to make anything happen. They are true leaders and roll up their sleeves and pitch in even on the little stuff.

we all love to have fun - and we recently got together with a good amount of us for the first time in a long time. It was a blast!

We just met in Austin and brought the whole team (or all that could make it). Had so much fun as a team and learned a lot about corporate and department objectives.

They all work hard but we can all laugh together - I mean daily someone makes us all laugh out loud. They are all funny, smart and caring. We are family - seriously.

They are open, honest and very transparent. They are to work with and listen to suggestions and make sure we all feel that we are an integral part of the company. Couldn't ask for better leaders!

Their transparency empowers everyone to do their job and contribute at every level. Always open to hearing my opinion and discussing reasons we might not agree. But, if I'm right they are ready to admit and adjust the plan.
