We're in it together and can get through the good and the not so good times together. Boiling down to mutual trust and respect.

They are invested and engage with their teams. Give credit where it's due. Open to receiving feedback and in return give constructive feedback. To be honest I cannot fault them.

Getting through the day as a team. A sense of accomplishment, leaving a clean desk at the end of the day. I cannot go to bed with a single dirty dish in the sink either.

The team is incredibly diverse lending to overall strength and flexibility. It's a newish team, trust building is working. Seeing them collaborate and support each other is joyful. Caring for and helping/supporting each other, it cannot be bought, comes naturally to some and can also be instilled.

I can't really say what is the best part. Aside from salary and bonuses, special recognition is given if/when earned. Keywords being "earned", those that go above and beyond are recognized/rewarded. For me, it's not about the amount of the reward so much but the recognition which goes a long way.
