The best about leadership is collaboration, everyone is ready to help and collaborate.
Most positive are the colleagues, everyone super collaborative. What I don't like is the amount of work, working in the weekends/holidays, we should find alternative ways to do things
What makes me the most happy is collaborating with different teams. What makes me unhappy is the amount of work the IT teams are doing, working overtime, in the weekends, during holidays
I think the location where an employee lives should be taken under consideration. I don't think it's fair that for the same position someone that lives in California/NY (expensive states) should be paid the same as someone who lives in Texas, Kansas, etc.
