Just the lack of pay and the incentive's in the department make me feel this way
I enjoy the work and some of the people I work with we can help each other out when needed.
They need to get better at making yourself part of the team instead of making them feel like you don't want to bother to come and speak to them.
Corelogic does not really value it's employee's as the pay for what the jobs are is not equal to what we all have to do. They try to compensate the no raises, bonuses with free $5.00 meals. They need to actually appreciate the people that work hard for the company and provide more incentives.
