I've been impressed with how thoughtful our leadership team is. They are very visible and approachable and as our leadership team has grown, so has the clarity of our vision/mission.

We have amazing benefits. Great 401k matching, education assistance program, parental leave, they have been super thoughtful during the pandemic to address burnout and provide additional holidays for the company.

People, purpose, and impact. We are still a lean company that's growing very strategically so it feels like the work you put in gets noticed, makes a difference, and gets built on.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Course Hero has a high hiring bar. I've been impressed with the talent and values alignment is very important here. Low ego, high standards, but it's great when you feel like everyone is in on a shared mission.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet with leaders and get a clear understanding of what I would be able to do here. The interviews adequately challenged me but also let me highlight my strengths and show potential. I also felt extremely welcomed and could sense the culture of the company through the interviewers.
