Having been with the company for nearly a decade, we have seen numerous changes that require skill advancement and expansion, but it has all been positive. There are challenges with compensation and a few co-workers lacking accountability or drive, but that is to be expected in any company.

The leadership team is very clear and committed to the goals we strive to achieve. It inspires action from all of us to commit to continual improvement day after day.

My teammates are always committed to deadlines, goals, and prioritizing tasks to achieve company milestones. They are always willing to lend a hand and work after hours to reach these, despite no extra pay for it.

Nearly every online comparison to those with the same job title in the same area, education level, and years of experience are 5 digits lower than both the average and median salary. This needs to be evaluated to keep up with potential job opportunities elsewhere (competition to leave Elemica).

Providing significant action to making the company more successful on a day-to-day basis is a point of pride for me that I always strive to improve upon. I also thoroughly enjoy interacting with my teammates, and have enjoyed going back in office to see them, even if the office is mostly empty.
