This company is the perfect combination between a start up and an established business. It comes with the good and bad of each! I have really enjoyed seeing the journey the leadership team have taken over the last 2 years with the company and I look forward to what next.

Amibitious, hands on and incredibly engaged. Great team work between them and also between teams. Very good at engaging people despite remote pressures. Super responsive, patient... all good things from me.

Majority of the coworkers are superb, however - a little bit of respect for the company and the management team should be a given. We are working with some leading brands and would love more people to be enthused by the idea.

Truthfully - those who appear to get the compensational increases (and communicate it) receive it with the threat to leave. For those of us who remain committed, dedicated and focussed - the compensation conversation is lengthy while consistently acknowledged as something that needs addressing.

They are operational and invested but equally respect people at each level and their knowledge set. I feel valued and empowered in each meeting I am in but also I feel I get the guidance for my high-level development and to get my head out the weeds. ;)
