
Company can stay in business and generate a profit based on the SAAS model and stickiness or products with the clients. Management seems disorganized and doesn't know where to take the company, but this wont show on the bottom line due to above comment.

Not micromanaging everyone and moving the team responsibilities without adequately preparing the team for the new expectations, but getting reprimanded when they don't follow the new unknown expectations
Since we were acquired by VCs, the salary increases have been nonexistent or minimal across the board. In the past they were merit-based and gave you something to strive for
Focus is only on one product that is easy to understand, they are many other products that are not getting attention or people that know how to support, thus alienating our old long time customers
Understand that we are all working together for the customer and buy into the vision of the new Executive team. Too many grumpy people that only care about the tasks in front of them and complain about their coworkers
When I learn of new technologies we are working on; when clients are appreciative of the work I have done for them; when my cowokers are actually helpful and complete needed tasks withouth having to follow up with them numerous times
