
I really value the flexibility of remote work and think it adds immensely to my work-life balance. This is frankly more important to me than comraderie at work, but friendships and social connections with coworkers do drive my motivation - looking forward to building more of that.

There is still a level of isolation as we come out of the pandemic. The leadership team is working hard to drive engagement in person / in office, but there’s an instilled culture of siloed
