Not sure if that belong to the compensation package, but the co-investment opportunity is a huge factor for me.
Gosh these really are big questions... for me the most positive thing is that change is possible and desired, that there is forward momentum.
That they are responsive and communicate regularly to the whole company in a form that's much more actionable than othere leadership teams in the past.
