
Elemica was on a very good path until the migration started. We totally lost focus. People are frustrated and worst, our QLE customers give feedback that they have never experienced such a bad migration. Many clients lost trust and will move business to competition or not anymore grow.

With the new management team the company has started a transmission from an IT company to a sales driven company. The new leadership team is very sales and number driven. It wants to make a change. Very engaged team.
