
I find the work rewarding. I also enjoy my core group of coworkers. My direct manager is fantastic to work with.
Our team is amazing. We are respectful, collaborative, energetic, and forward thinking. This has nothing to do with support from leadership, rather in spite of the lack of support or respect of our department from senior leaders.
The executive leadership team needs to increase their communication and consistency in what little communication there is. There appears to be a general lack of investment or importance put on collaboration and teamwork rather the culture is to point blame and for some teams do more with with less.
I have a flexible schedule which has nothing to do with my compensation, rather I advocated for myself to get this schedule. I also advocated for myself to get what I feel I was worth not the less than ideal raises that are given each year to key top performing employees.
