
The fact there are so many others with different backgrounds and experience.
I do appreciate their drive to continue to try and grow the company to keep up with our competitors.
The amount of work is greater than the resources we have available. Without proper efforts, training and resources we are not set up for success to meet the standards of our leadership.
Show more initiative each day with daily items. Not expecting others to take their work for them when they dont know the material instead of trying to learn themselves, reading SOP's, reaching out to other Seniors, etc.
I have taken more job responsibilities outside of my job scope as well as my seniors/leaders. I work a hybrid position that I volunteered to take to help our supervisor team as they needed the assistance. If our leaders listened to our struggles and helped with the daily struggles and hurdles.
