Our team specifically is invested and care for one another. I cannot say that for other teams & depts. There is too much focus on billables and CYA culture to be effective. Collaboration is no longer a value.
Culture is sporadic and values aren't taken seriously. For internal departments, the value for deadlines and responsiveness is a joke. It doesn't make sense why internal departments aren't held to the same expectations and internal customer service as the teams that are client facing.
We need a more comprehensive benefits plan that isn't so costly. The 2% increase in pay doesn't cover the increase in costs in benefits. The company states we are competitive in salaries, but only people who come in externally are paid what they're potentially worth. We keep losing people due to pay
