Promises aren't being kept, both with compensation and promotions. We need better from the SMT, we need to know they actually care about the staff.
If promises were kept. Nothing worse than receiving a fifth of the compensation you were told you were getting and missing your promised promotion even though your workload and responsibility has increased.
We are united as team, usually its about work and getting the job done. We enjoy laughing together too, but lately we seem to be united in hating Everbridge and instead of laughing we are moaning and sharing job openings at other companies.
Keeping promises and realising we are people. They make big promises and then deliver bits of it after making us wait months. They don't seem to realise that their decisions impact our lives quite significantly. They have made me start to hate working here and I used to be the team cheerleader.
