
The employees are passionate, not only about the work we do but our own expertise.
I will say that they are TRYING to get better. Recognizing the things they need to do to get better. Now they just need to act on those things.
Recognizing the work that their employees are ALREADY doing for them; appoint promotions appropriately, and provide at least some kind of assistance for everyone working from home during the pandemic. No stipend, no mental health days, no respite from the breakneck fire-drill requests.
