
Give bonuses to all staff! Not just the favorites/pets! They claim they use a merit system but it is farthest from the truth. Their raises are 1.2% and never go over 3%. After doing math it didn't even cover a week of train fare.
Non-Client Serving employees would be treated better.
It espouses diversity, but not really.
