Vision and Strategy, Empowerment, Empathy and Inclusivity
very supportive and help the team when in difficulty
Improve our guidelines, processes and way of work to improve our quality of work and in that, find new ways to invoice our customers correctly
Accountability to people, effective management of business pipeline, acting as a leadership team not a random set of partners whose focus is only on their income.
providing a positive culture of working
Stop being so soft and emotional
implementing proper systems and process instead of just delegating so the manual mess is someone else's problem
Good enough salary and benefits in relation to the amount of work and previous experience that is expected (on paper at least)
The structur of Salary ,
The best part of the compensation at EY is the competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including bonuses and retirement plans. However, there's room for improvement in transparency around pay scales and more frequent reviews for adjustments.
Review from Finance Dept
bonus at the beginning of my pay but it is still not enough eventhough i mentioned i was satisfied, they make you work a lot for your pay
Base Salary and medical insurance
We work long hours and do not get compensate fairly for the time, knowledge, energy we put in.
Too much pay disparity between levels in the organization
Compare to what is paid in the market for what we provide we are receiving at the lower end, promotions are not giving fairly, qualification are more valued than the experince.
As an intern, I had to work for the same amount of time the permanent hires worked but i did only received pay 4 times lesser than them.
More salaries, at least more than the average industry salary
Intelligent people, client focus, diligent
We're hard workers and try our best every day
My EY team is exceptional; we thrive on mutual support and respect. Our diverse expertise fuels innovation, and the strong camaraderie makes every challenge a shared, enriching learning experience.

Less meetings; too many back to backs with no time to do any work
Brainwashed liberals and emotional leadership
Fewer standing meetings and fewer random teams calls
Being nicer and stip making up deadlines 3 weeks before the actual deadline
They need to improve their people skills
At EY, I cherish the inclusive culture that encourages growth and innovation, creating a supportive environment where I can thrive professionally and personally.

Be more welcoming. There's better jobs that pay more and are way more approacable in their interviews
The company accused me of a felony based on my last name, and never did an actual legal review. I should have known at that point this was going to end badly.

Delivering on projects on time with the best result possible. This is rarely the case due to our workload, lack of processes and lack of leadership
The collaborative spirit, constant learning opportunities, and the impact of our work on clients' success are what make me happiest at EY.

Delivering value to customer and learning new things
Review from IT Dept
Working hard in a team where everyone is heard, where career growth is actively supported and where i can learn/ develop and coach others.
Check with every individual how they are doing. How client is treating them
Whatever being told to new hires in induction needs to be actually followed by people who work there, it seems the policies are there in the books not in the practice.
