Less meetings; too many back to backs with no time to do any work

Brainwashed liberals and emotional leadership

Fewer standing meetings and fewer random teams calls

Being nicer and stip making up deadlines 3 weeks before the actual deadline

They need to improve their people skills

There attitude seems to have constant fear.
