Good enough salary and benefits in relation to the amount of work and previous experience that is expected (on paper at least)
The structur of Salary ,
The best part of the compensation at EY is the competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including bonuses and retirement plans. However, there's room for improvement in transparency around pay scales and more frequent reviews for adjustments.

We work long hours and do not get compensate fairly for the time, knowledge, energy we put in.
Too much pay disparity between levels in the organization
Compare to what is paid in the market for what we provide we are receiving at the lower end, promotions are not giving fairly, qualification are more valued than the experince.
As an intern, I had to work for the same amount of time the permanent hires worked but i did only received pay 4 times lesser than them.
More salaries, at least more than the average industry salary
The pay is slightly higher than the national average.
Review from IT Dept
Salary is low compared to others
Pay more to people who have grown organically within firm
sell the consulting arm and give me equity that I can trade
i work way more than i get paid
Pay more money at market value
The insurance bit in the fixed compensation is demotivating
Getting paid overtime instead of being salaried
More compensation. If I got such glowing reviews as to be promoted early, then I expect a comparable raise.
Needs to pay more and better benefits
Better work life balance and personal growth
better health insurance and good variable pay
The amount of hours is not worth the salary
Your questions are too annoying
Compensation is lower than expected
