What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Improve our guidelines, processes and way of work to improve our quality of work and in that, find new ways to invoice our customers correctly

Accountability to people, effective management of business pipeline, acting as a leadership team not a random set of partners whose focus is only on their income.

providing a positive culture of working

Stop being so soft and emotional

implementing proper systems and process instead of just delegating so the manual mess is someone else's problem

Recognizing infivudlas who do good work

Employee growth and better opportunities

Work life balance needs some work

Everything that you can think of

when making a policy, try to implement that too

They need to cut out the political garbage and pay people better wages - cut from the partners so that people can live on their salaries

People are so stressed out and demand way too much even though non-executives are very underpaid.

Thinking about people not numbers (specifically the size of the partner profit pool each year)

No value system in India

Review from IT Dept

two way communication should happen

Review from IT Dept

Stop trying to manage by questionable metrics

Leadership needs to improve how they train, mentor, communicate, empathize, etc. Simply put: leadership needs to learn how to lead.

Review from Operations Dept

No transparency into compensaton. Bias still exists for women and minorities

Review from Executive Dept

outsourcing to many jobs and the quality of work is suffering and has been going down for the last couple years
