
The people I have worked with have been very good on all of the projects I have been a part of, we could have been better with some management aspects of those projects, but the customers were happy with the results. Sometimes we don't always work on things which are interesting, sometimes we do.

The most important thing is that Th1 has a good sense of what it wants its culture to be and they have tried to codify that. Beyond that the radical candor and extreme ownership are great (if sometimes difficult) pillars to build a remote-first organisation around.
