Despite a clear understanding of diversity, or training focused on gender issues, my team has been incredibly forward-thinking and making sure that they accommodate me and who I am while also making me feel a welcome part of the group.

Everyone has been incredibly engaging and helpful, despite me being a significant minority. I can understand the difficulty in working with a non-binary person, but they've all been so incredibly kind and attempting to make me feel as welcome as possible.

I really like the autonomy that we have here and how the executive team is currently growing into a more scaled organization. I also love the intention in our actions. I feel there are very few areas where someone hasn't looked and sought improvement

I feel my role's fuzzy nature makes it hard to understand if I'm compensated fairly. However, I do feel taht the benefits here are lacking. There's no compensation for home office for a fully remote org. There are no trans-inclusive benefits packages. Finally, there are no HSA/401k matches

Ability to collaborate with other amazing people in defining the best systems, processes, and roles to solve or mitigate large problems. Then being able to take that and run with it, because if I don't, someone else will. And I want to make sure I fill up space so others can do what they're good at.
