Ownership: one pillar of the company is that we should own the work inside our project. Saying "that's not my job" doesn't move the work forward. Take responsibility and take action. This is an empty promise, it is something that our teams live by.
They are open to change - Theorem believes in an agile approach, and that even applies to org composition and leadership. If the company isnt structured in a way that it can be its most effective, than our leadership will come together to find a more efficient path.
