
Workload is variable, usually boring and straightforward but the challenges are more frustrating than exciting
Transparency, there is a lot of behind the scenes decisions being made and things that are hidden from employees
Less gossip and rumors spread by managers as well as employees, providing a safe space for employees to vent frustrations to management and to one another without repercussions
Most of the work is independent but i can usually count on coworkers to assist with issues, however, conversations within the office are often spread around and reported to management that reflects poorly on the team as a whole
