For a healthcare insurance company, the medical benefits available to employees are sub-standard. This needs to change.
Bonus compensation and the ability to get a pay raise is dictated by management's performance reviews. Performance review scores are submitted weeks prior; making self evaluations useless. Evaluations are based on 5 point scales with: 3's equaling satisfactory, 4's are rare, and 5's are impossible.
There is no need to be in the office. I go to the office to fight with wifi or try to get on a call with others who aren't in the office. Make hybrid optional.
Too much work and responsibilities for the low compensation.
