Managers wiling to work with you. Better training. They bring in new people and expect they will know everything by the seconed day.
Cooks do not care about quality of food. Staff overwhelmed therefore don't work as hard and are stressed. Managers lack focus and urgency.
Ask questions that had to do with what you were applying for. Made sure you understand that it is a high volume and fast paced restaurant
I would feel better if I got payed for the work I do. I feel undervalued because I put a lot of effort in and non is returned.
