theyre so funny and they make work so so fun all while also doing their jobs

My staff works very hard and effective and is always trying to keep the customers happy. I love my staff and I consider many of them as friends. We need to have better management meetings however. My GM has standards and goals that do not make sense and are irrelevant to the business.

Manipulative general manager interferance is several of these stores problems.

Training, reading tickets thoroughly. All around everything. I've managed 5 syar restaurants I've worked b.o.h at joints that turn 100000 dollars a night this is ridiculous
