The gm at our store in Hamilton Alabama cheats people out of hrs on there check. Criticizes us employees publicly on huddle squad a chat on Facebook Messenger embarrasses us. And nobody even checks her out or the situation out.it rains inside the store when it rains also

Manipulative general manager interferance is several of these stores problems.
Training, reading tickets thoroughly. All around everything. I've managed 5 syar restaurants I've worked b.o.h at joints that turn 100000 dollars a night this is ridiculous
we always make up. we understand that sometimes we can get a little frustrated and sometimes lash out on eachother but we always meet back in the middle to apologize and work to come to an agreement

Cooks do not care about quality of food. Staff overwhelmed therefore don't work as hard and are stressed. Managers lack focus and urgency.
