
i love my other managers they are literally the coolest and the sweetest people on this planet, we get our work done while also having fun and making sure our customers are satisfied and enjoying themselves.

The owner willing to come in and work right beside you. This woman was up at 4 am went to work out then came in in the mornings to help and then to the office to do her job there and back again that night sometimes passed closing to do all over again the next day. Great woman

The gm at our store in Hamilton Alabama cheats people out of hrs on there check. Criticizes us employees publicly on huddle squad a chat on Facebook Messenger embarrasses us. And nobody even checks her out or the situation out.it rains inside the store when it rains also

Organization and communication. There is a lack of respect in are work environment that needs to change. It starts at the top and trickles down. The only good executive we have in the company is are VP of operations. Everyone else is a joke. Also there never seems to be any accountability.

Communication, because there's lack of all of it they don't communicate there's too many people in charge and not enough people listening and doing

They need to listen to there team. They never want to accept when there wrong
