
The company "culture" is totally fake. All management cares about it making money.
The leaders in the company pick favorites constantly and favor those who wholeheartedly agree with everything they think and believe.
They need to actually listen to feedback and value ALL of their employees. They need to care more about their employees and clients vs. simply making money.
People in management seem to have no experience. They promote people to higher position simply because they like them even when those people don't have the experience.
