The diversity and cultural differences
Great team communication and a pleasant working environment where everyone understands that we're all just humans
It's a fair but not outstanding compensation with stock options. Nothing 11/10 amazing really but it's alright.
We're young and dynamic and not afraid of change or innovation. This is where my previous company lacked big and I appreciate it being the way it is now.
There is no transparency on compensation packages for the positions and locations. The positions are not transparent either as requirements for a senior position differ by department and so does their compensation
very open culture and lots of Communities of Interest like PRISM which supports LGBTTTQQIAA+ people or SHADES which supports people of colour and last but surely not least WONDER which supports all women
More freedom to engineers, we are (imo) massively hindered by bureaucracy and processes for example by a different team owning the infrastructure. Working with Microsoft Azure means giving developers freedom and access on demand as Infrastructure and Code integrate heavily (the true DevOps)
Good planning and communication. There are also plenty of nice events if you happen to be near a collaboration hub (fancy word for office). Unfortunately, fully remote workers are not by default taken into account for these events on their closest collaboration hub which is a bummer
