Over the course of the last year and a half, we have lost ourselves. COVID has caused too much burn out, and Nextiva has done nothing to care for it's employees or find a way to provide mental health breaks or support our mental health. We don't follow our own values and need to do better at Caring.

We need to get better at our values, especially Caring for our people. We are burnt out, and when you hear that work/life balance is not valued it's difficult to invest yourself as an employee when you don't feel you are truly valued and that 24/7 work is more important.

Leaders (including executive leaders) need to be more thoughtful in how we do things. It is too reactive and nothing is ever thought through properly. It is just go do, but we never think about how we are going to get there. We need to start finishing and stop starting OKRs we can't finish properly.
