Being remote, while I love my team and job being cooped at tiny desk breathing in each other's air isn't ideal. My boss's respect my work ethic and trust me to work well at home.
Annual reviews are fair and we should be rewarded annually to show we are valued. It would be nice to receive an additional raise based on the increase in the cost of living Also push our base pay to match more of the national standards since AZ is consistently a lower wage state.
