
It's a laid back environment and process.
Team members are willing to help, ask questions, share, etc. which facilitates team growth.
Many fail to lead by example and only try to position themselves better with disregard to those who work within their team(s).
A lot of employees feel entitled and that they are superior, even outside of Nike. Nike is nice enough to let visitors in, etc. and some employees don't think that should be allowed, etc. They need to think of the surrounding communities, etc.
