Better communication and understanding of what their athletes combat with on a daily basis. Instead of hiding in offices.

Managing, being available, being present...never see, always in office or meetings. Do not know how to approach employees and correct them. Too many layers to management. A lot of waisted payroll.

They make it Affordable to pay

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am tired of having way more responsibilities and demands for over four years but still paid the same as someone walking off the street for their first time job.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees need to stop acting like they are much more important and better then the retail employees who work tirelessly through the busiest seasons of the year. Appreciate them and don’t treat them like third class citizens.
