The managers take time to meet with all of the employees about once every couple months. They are all super cool and personable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being leaders. Have ideas. Have visions.

Nike leadership needs to get back to basics and get out of their Seb Coe 5th floor bubble

Setting stable direction, not chasing latest squirrel.

The Leader needs to set better direction & strategy to their direct reports rather than focusing on managing up and forgetting about the working model underneath them.

Company invests heavily in untested tech, image, ... but not in people. Regularly understaffed, high turnover, poorly planned projects with unclear deliverables.
