Interview process can be long and difficult, but the company is so massive that I understand it can't be easy.

no yelling or asking to pull trousers down

Review from HR Dept

Be transparent and fair about how people are chosen

Hire more staff. With all the attrition there isn't enough staff to handle all the hiring that needs to happen.

Review from Engineering Dept

too many interviews with too many people and still they can't hire adequate leadership.
