We enjoy getting this done through teamwork
Most are nice and amiable people
Teams in general get along, always try to help, and stay positive despite everything going on. There's always someone willing to grab lunch with you or just talk about non-work stuff for a second. Everyone is reliable and kind.
Some leaders communication is very good and they are reliable.
