The projects are always slightly different and challenging. With a flexible product that is still defining the market, I'm always presented with new projects from customers.
We're learning but the team does a great job not pressuring employees to attend every company meeting. Each meeting is recorded and provides an opportunity for people to ask questions, but attendance is not mandatory.
